We need an individual who enjoys working in a fast paced environment and can consistently meet deadlines. You will work at two great stations in beautiful Market #59. RESPONSIBILITES
The Continuity / Traffic Assistant coordinates commercial inventory and production with sales, traffic and programming for WHZT-FM and WJMZ-FM. Daily duties include but are not limited to, checking to ensure production orders are correct, commercial copy is in-house and that proper cart numbers are assigned in Marketron. The Continuity / Traffic Assistant runs daily validations for the next day's logs to ensure all commercials are in and accounted for. General clerical duties include printing and filing contracts and maintaining records, relieve the switchboard operator and other duties as assigned. The Continuity / Traffic Assistant will serve as back-up for the Traffic Department.

QUALIFICATIONS
Ideal applicant will have a sharp eye for details, have excellent data entry skills, be able to work against tight deadlines, and work well with others. Must be dependable.

RESPONSIBILITES
Responsibilities include clerical support for (2) General Sales Managers, (1) National Sales Manager and WHZT-FM/WJMZ-FM Account Executives. Additional responsibilities include writing sales orders, revisions, billing adjustments, purchase orders, reconciling contracts, entering data and new accounts into Matrix Plus and interacting with clients on a professional level. You will also assist with the preparation, proofreading and assembling of sales proposals. Relieve the switchboard operator when necessary and other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS
Individual must be able to multi-task, prioritize workload and meet deadlines. Experience with Microsoft Office preferred. Must be willing to learn various sales software programs. Excellent communication and organizational skills required.
