107-3 JAMZ and BI-LO presents the 5th Annual 107-3 JAMZ BI-LO Upstate Family Reunion, August 9th, 10am at Lakeside Park in Greenville. Celebrating African American lifestyles from Anderson, Spartanburg, Greenville and surrounding areas. The festival will kickoff with daylong cultural events, enduring strengths, and traditional values of the African American family.

This family-friendly event is free to the public. Bring the children out for a fun-filled day with the 107-3 JAMZ air assault, music vault, food, kids zone play area, international arts, crafts, and the vendors market.

As vendors, your presence adds another desired dimension to the 107-3 JAMZ BI-LO Upstate Family Reunion. We appreciate your curiosity and interest in contributing to the 107-3 JAMZ BI-LO Upstate Family Reunion. We welcome you here.

Vending Vicinities: Vending permits will be issued for zones throughout the park. Locations will be strategically selected to provide you with high trafficked areas, while also accounting for the safety of our guests.

Hours of Operation & Vendor Timetable: The gates will open at 6:00am on Saturday, August 9th. You may begin set up at any time after that. If you need to set up before that time, you may contact Marlon Latta at (864) 235-1073. Vendors must be set up by 9am. Vendors must set up in the space assigned to them.

Availability and Approval: Our allotment of vending spaces is limited in each category (i.e. food, crafters, and merchants), which means that we must be selective in our decision making process.

State Requirements: South Carolina requires all vendors to charge a 5% sales tax, which will be the responsibility of the vendor to collect and report. Food vendors have additional requirements they need to meet, which will be mentioned in the Food Vendor portion.
VENDOR FEE
 
  • $325.00 before July 25th
  • $425.00 after July 25th
  • Money order, cashiers check only!
  • Note to all Vendors regarding soft drinks, water, or sports drinks: You will only be able to sell Pepsi products.
  • Set up and Load time is 6:00AM - 9:00AM, day of the event.
  • NO SET UP AFTER 9:00AM
  • You must bring generators to supply electricity.
  • You must have a valid county food vendors permit. To obtain a food vendor permit, please call 864-282-4163.
